Around the Horn: The Great Washington Debate

Welcome back to my Around the Horn: The Great Washington Debate section! At The Patriotic Gun, my priority is to investigate, instigate and satirize power politics, conservative and liberal censorship and conservatism in every new ways - more than anyone -
if not no one - can ever possess.

Today at http://www.patrioticgun.blogtownhall.com, I'd like to tell bloggers around the globe how the auto industry is making some stuff up of ideas to improve motor vehicle manufacturing. On Friday, venerable carmaker General Motors (GM) (NYSE: GM) confirmed that
it is pulling the plug on three prolific consumer brands, including their longtime automotive plate Pontiac - which in turn is patterned after the famed Indian chief and whose long-running advertising slogan "We Build Excitement" has been the cornerstone of this truely global motor
vehicle brand through the decades - immediately following the country's first auto industry bailout since the 1980s.

Over the years, Detroit - known as "Motown" - has been the county seat of Michigan's industrial revolution for decades and is now one of
the leader motor-car manufacturing centers in North America, with Missouri, Virginia and California currently on the auto industry's global
long list of countries and territories where carmakers' automobiles and car/truck types are imported and exported.

Aside from Pontiac, GM also is pouring cold water over two other brands in the motoring aftermarket before year's end: Saab, a Swedish
motor car company with a long and reputable history of automotive innovation; and Saturn, whose corporate tagline "A Different Kind of
Company. A Different Kind of Car" preceded the current "Rethink." advertising campaign focusing on their own line of cars and sports utilities (SUVs) with the "hybrid" deposition.

To me, the bailout of the automotive aftermarket remains to be seen and heard by many people. The truth was, I had experienced driving
across the countryside in my mother's SUV, proving motorists can't judge a vehicle by their looks. But motorists can judge a vehicle by a
multitude of tourists who love driving their autos to some exotic excursions and cheaper vacation destinations.

Auto industry anlysists are worried how the bailout of GM could lead to distraction.

A proposed settlement on how to save the motoring aftermarket was approved earlier this week.

After all, Pontiac, Saab and Saturn are the remaining GM automotive brands on their way out, while existing brands under the GM umbrella, such as Chevrolet and Buick, respectively, continue to be built and sold nationally and internationally at least for now.

End of story, but not quite.

Whew!

How can the auto industry bailout cost billions and billions of dollars by 2015?

Screw you, Rick Wagoner! You're not the only GM CEO scaling back 75,000 workers earlier this year.

What hath GM wrought?

I kid you!

But to whom the motoring aftermarket may concern about unemployment? That's the question! Investigative reporter/recording artist Greg Palast ditched the plain truth about the auomotive industry bailout earlier this month and pondered why auto industry executives can spoil a
scheme to detonate GM and two other Detroit mainstays, Ford Motor Company and Chrysler LLC, at year's end because of sluggish SUV and 4x4 sales and motor vehicle recalls through the years.

I kid you!

So the next time you drive a new or existing model car, truck, van or SUV, look at the automotive plate before you drive.

I guess my parents will take the passenger bus someday... NOT!

Alan Colmes on His Way Out at FOX News Channel

Bad news for the "Colmes" in Hannity & Colmes: Alan Colmes resigned from his H&C podium at FOX News Channel following more than a dozen years - and the end was definite for a liberal radio talk show personality to transfer his position from radio to the small screen,
having unwond a long-tern co-hosting pact with FNC parent News Corporation (call it "Snooze Corp.").

Sean Hannity snoozes. Colmes lost. Not so fast, but he was so slow to stay with FNC and MyNetwork TV co-founder Rogers Ailes... and, to me, Colmes retained co-hosting duties with Hannity earlier this month.

Hannity will continue to emcee both The Sean Hannity Show on ABC Radio Network and FNC's Hannity's America.

Chris Matthews, bestselling author and longtime MSNBC, CNBC and Simon & Schuster political pundit, says of Colmes' departure:

"Mr. Colmes has been at the forefront of liberal confrontation for a very long time, first on radio and then onward FOX News Channel."

In my opinion, Colmes continues to make liberal talk radio history, having returned to the same electronic medium that defies, but not denies, gubernatorial controversy over adversary.

The Drudge Report's Matt Drudge - whose last real name, Drudge, comes from a word meaning "menial, tedious work" - recalls Colmes'
12-year association with FOX News Channel:

"In my opnion, Alan and his 'Hannity & Colmes' sidekick, Sean, have had long, 12-year stints as co-pundits of FOX News Channel nightly debate program of political record, having him on the liberal side and Sean on the conservative side."

Farewell, Alan Colmes. The wait is over. You still are the B-E-S-T!

No More Deal During SAG Strike?

No Deal or No Deal during the Screen Actors Guild strike? What will happen to the primetime and first-run syndication versions of the
critically acclaimed Endemol import?

I'm not impressed to see several quizmasters and game show hosts continuing their emceeing duties on the set and could be in tearse peril
if those programs continue to read TV producers' ugly heads.

DOND has been a critical and commercial success for NBC and for Endemol USA in their quest to bring back the Howie Mandelian decision-making game-azine for another season, probably before the end of next year.

Tackling the Truth About Boomerang!

his defendants in one of the greatest legal interrogations ever. But for how long?

Pondering Who'll Run Yahoo!

Yahoo! may have ousted Jerry Yang as its first chairman and chief executive officer of the leader Internet services provider (ISP), but, if all else either fails or doesn't fail, will Peter Chermin or Meg Whitman be next on the California-based company's very short list of candidates for succession?

If any of the Yahoo! CEO hopefuls don't replace Jerry "Ying-Yang" anytime soon, then Yahoo! execs are likely to restart negotiations with Microsoft about a search pact.

Seven Days of the Obama Era

The Great Inflation & Its Aftermath, by Robert Samuelson, is revealed on this groundbreaking episode of The Bill Bennett Show.

As inflation continues to shed light on the Presidency, President-elect Barack H. Obama is about to cease this gubernatorial affliction concerning the economy and how it can affect corporate America and its clients alike.

If there is a way with inflation that Ben Bernanke can't fix, why should anyone fix the economy?

Simple. Just ask Obama what to do with federal bank rate hikes. According to Samuelson, Obama has the ability to justify what will happen to the auto manufacturers and could bail them out at some point.

I am checking all the facts about the economic slowdown and discussing with other Presidential aides who have had experienced more
gubernatorial brainpower in the coming years ahead of time how the economy can be reversed by Congressional leaders in the best sense
of Obama in every Red State public policy lawmakers' ambitions to intervene. What will be Obama's first priority on his very long list of
assignments in his first term as President of the U.S. will be the bailout of a trio of automobile manufacturers vying for survival. To me, the
best defense against inflation, as Samuelson - the son of Samuel - points out how the auto industry will decide the fate of General Motors
in late 2008 and possess the rules of The GOP Game in the West Wing.

For Obama, the beginning of an entire new era in conservatism is starting to defend unemployment in the coming months.

In my opinion, President Obama is clearly the conservative political figure of the future and the embodiment of all conservative power players who convene optimism and freedom for everyone to converse gubernatorial strength.

How far should Congress play The GOP Game?

Positively, I feel the Nation's Capitol will play up a lot of conservatism in the coming years ahead.

For the Red State politicians, political dare studs and conspiracy theorists, inflation is about to be eradicated by force. And, to everybody
having trouble fixing economics as a means of Washington conservative power politics, all of us dare studs will fire back at Congress and
revert freedom back to President Obama.

Why go no further than the Federal Reserve System?

I kid you!

As Samuelson says: If Congress has their way when it comes to inflation, why inflate corporate America?

And, if inflation begings to worsen the economy, now what?

Interrogator at Large

Beware of liberal deliberators!

As fact checkers continue to investigate conservative inaction, I promise President-elect Barack H. Obama a more power democracy in the West Wing in D.C. As Sterling Hayden put it: "You want money?"

You look no further than Obama and his Presidential aides are preparing for survival of the communist inside me... because I'm conversing
gubernatorial optimism in every area of politics as I know it. To me, Obama will guard America and the rest of the world with power and a
conspiracy concerning Congress these days when it comes to covering the conservative waterfront. Or will it? Allegedly.

You name every conservative and liberal political figure in Washington, and President Obama will be there to assist them with guidance.

I, the son of Wat, will right the wrongs as I fight for the right to remain conservative. In the best interest of Congress, the Red States are about to propose reform tactics in a 2010 Presidential rally - too bad conservatives will be vying for defending Obama's proposed ban on
stun gus and riles - two of the most powerful weapons in the battle against crime.

Prisoners of Capitol Hill - the Blue State lawmakers on the left and the Red Statesmen on the right - are free to express their opinions on lots of issues concerning gobernment in the years that follow. The truth is, you just have to become a conservative public-policy dare stud
who depends on strength and freedom in many foreign countries by deliberating over the issues facing lawmakers and muckrakers every day.

Blame It on the Auto Bailout of the Century

Hey, Detroit! Are you listening?

Should Chrysler merge with General Motors?

Is Volvo Cars putting itself up for sale?

Did Dodge retire the Viper?

DUH!

Let tell President Obama you want the auto manufacturers to bail them out - sooner than everyone else thinks.

How to Fix the GOP

Take it from Bobby Jindal: Don't count the GOP out just yet. Jindal stopped by The Mike Gallagher Show Studio and bantered over the GOP's inability to defend gubernatorial freedom in the best sense of American power politics and how to stop President-elect Barack H.
Obama from proposing new rules of the GOP Game.

But what really is the GOP Game?

Unfortunately, ex-President Bush was slamming GOP-related straits in Washington for some time. Sources close to Obama say every member of the House of Congress should act fast on the GOP's new regulations on Republican and Democratic reform policy because
of poor liberal inaction and censorship via the Presidential aides who make fun of attacking Red States Representatives and how the power to overcome a series of Congressional distractions concerning government confrontation.

Look up http://www.bobbyjindal.com for details concerning the GOP and how Congress reacts to attacking the conservative landslide
by confronting with the political power players on Capitol Hill and beyond.
